Will intends to collaborate with other Cloverdale City Council members in pursuit of three major objectives:

Prioritize Safe Infrastructure:

Cloverdale faces concerns about water supply, aging roadways & sidewalks, and gaps in accessibility and city services. Plans to develop infrastructure solutions which serve and provide safety to all members of the community have already begun; Will intends to push for project approvals and keep an eye on future opportunities to make a safer and more welcoming Cloverdale.

Develop Rational Growth:

Like many cities in California, Cloverdale struggles to source adequate funding for City Services. New development creates needed tax revenue for the City, but should not come at the costs of poor project placement, undue impact on existing residents, or unmanageable stresses to our City resources. Growth should bring Cloverdale new services, Cloverdalians good paying jobs, and the City new revenue.

Keeping an Open Dialog with the Public:

This item is last, because it is the most important take-away; Will seeks this position only to be of service to his community. In order to do that, Will must seek and act on the feedback and opinions of the people of Cloverdale. There is no greater duty for an elected official than accountability and availability to the public. Providing opportunities for feedback and providing two-way engagement with the public is an absolute need. This will build public trust, faith in government, and productive community engagement
